About the Role As Director of Systems Transformation and Innovation, you will provide strategic leadership for the modernisation and optimisation of key college-wide systems, including: Student Records System (EBS) Enhancing data management, reporting, and accessibility. Finance System Improving financial operations and budget management. HR System Digitising HR processes for efficiency and workforce management. Learning Management System (OnTrack) Driving engagement and student success. CRM System Strengthening communication and stakeholder engagement. You will work collaboratively with senior leadership, academic teams, and professional services staff, ensuring that digital transformation aligns with the colleges strategic vision. You will also lead a dedicated transformation project team, fostering a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and deliver a college-wide systems transformation strategy, setting clear roadmaps, success metrics, and timelines. Systems Transformation Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise-wide digital systems. Change Management Lead stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and minimising resistance to change. Performance & Continuous Improvement Monitor system effectiveness, develop data-driven insights, and embed a culture of innovation. Team Leadership Manage and develop a high-performing transformation team, ensuring collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Cross-College Collaboration Work across departments to ensure that systems transformation meets the needs of students, staff, and external stakeholders. Budget & Resource Management Oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money. Emerging Technologies Stay ahead of sector trends, identifying opportunities to integrate new technologies and best practices. About You We are looking for an inspirational leader with a proven track record in systems transformation, digital innovation, and change management. You will bring: Extensive experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes in the education sector or similar environments. Strong project management expertise, ideally with Agile, PRINCE2, or equivalent methodologies. Deep understanding of enterprise systems, including Student Records, Finance, HR, LMS, and CRM platforms. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, inspire, and drive cultural change. Strategic thinking, with the ability to align digital transformation with institutional goals and learner success.
