Commercial Mortgage Administrator\n\nMy client in the specialist lending sector is seeking a Commercial Mortgage Administrator to join their London team on a permanent basis. A starting salary of up to £33,000 is on offer with a potential first-year OTE up to £42,000. They are looking for someone with 3-5 years' experience within a similar role who has mainly worked on main residence and BTL cases.
Experience with commercial lenders would also be a bonus. The role will be hybrid, 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.\n\nThe kinds of mortgages this team covers are: BTL, semi-commercial and commercial property, bridging, refurbishment loans, development loans, foreign national mortgages\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n* Accurately input mortgage applications into various lender systems.\n* Provide thorough administrative support to brokers.\n* Oversee the client service journey from start to finish, coordinating with clients, lenders, and solicitors.\n* Record all interactions and activities in our CRM system \n* Collect and upload necessary client documents within set compliance timelines.\n* Scan and ensure all documentation complies with company standards.\n* Maintain compliance with FCA regulations in all tasks.\n* Assist the team with other duties as needed.\n\nIdeal Candidate Attributes:\n\n* Proven experience in mortgage administration within the independent market, familiar with various lenders' products and online platforms.\n* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, adept at engaging with a diverse clientele.\n* Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with mortgage terminology.\n* Ability to take initiative, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks efficiently.\n* Motivation to advance in a professional and growing business environment.\n\nCompensation and Benefits:\n\n* Competitive base salary up to £33,000, depending on experience.\n* Pension scheme.\n* Quarterly performance-based bonus scheme, adding 10%-20% to your annual salary.\n* Annual Christmas bonus of £2,000.\n* Potential first-year OTE up to £42,000
