SEN Tutor / Teaching Assistant
Part time hours - Flexible (Mon - Fri)

We currently have an opportunity for a SEN teaching specialist (open to tutor or teaching assistant) to join a well established further education facility in Birmingham. This role will be supporting students with a diverse set of needs in an apprenticeship setting.
For this role, we are looking for someone passionate about providing personalised support and instruction to assist students to reach their educational goals, whilst fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
* Deliver tailored tutoring sessions to students with SEN, adapting materials and approaches to meet individual needs.
* Develop personalized learning plans in collaboration with students, parents, and other professionals.
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to guide their development.
* Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and fosters self-esteem.
* Collaborate with other educators and support staff to implement effective strategies and interventions.
* Stay updated on best practices in SEN education and contribute to the continuous improvement of our programs.
