Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent phone etiquette, and proficiency in various software applications. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and assisting the Director with daily tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
2. Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism and discretion.
3. Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and Google Suite.
4. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required by the Director.
5. Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for business trips.
6. Conduct research and compile information for various projects.
7. Maintain an organised office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
8. Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
3. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Google Suite, and other office software applications.
5. Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks.
6. Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
8. A driving licence and your own car is required for the role.
