Purchase Ledger Clerk

Reed Accountancy are currently working with a fantastic organisation located in the heart of Edinburgh seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy Head Office. This role is office-based and offers the opportunity to be part of a dedicated payments team.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Processing a high volume of invoices for both weekly and monthly payment runs.
* Recharging supplier invoices to customers.
* Conducting month-end reconciliation.
* Ensuring accurate processing of all transactions within set deadlines.
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient financial operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven ability to meet deadlines with high accuracy in task execution.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact within the team and with external stakeholders.
* Experience with or ability to quickly learn accounting software.
