We're looking for a Facilities and Operations Manager who leads by example, rolling up their sleeves to keep our facilities running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for maintenance, health & safety, site security, and managing a dedicated premises team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and support the premises team to ensure the organisation operates efficiently.
2. Take a hands-on approach to routine maintenance, site security, and first-fix repairs.
3. Manage contractors to ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
4. Oversee health and safety requirements, including acting as Fire Officer and conducting risk assessments.
5. Develop and implement a five-year maintenance plan in collaboration with the Organisation's Business Manager.
