Be part of something groundbreaking. Shape the future. Ignite brilliance.
At KSA, we are passionate about fostering inclusion and igniting brilliance in every child. As we work towards becoming a centre of excellence for inclusive mainstream education, we are launching a pioneering Inclusion Centre—a transformational initiative for children who need a reset, a bridge, or a fresh start in their educational journey.
We believe kids do well if they can. When children struggle, it’s not about unwillingness—it’s about unmet needs. That’s why we’re looking for a leader who can see beyond behaviour, identify underlying challenges, and coordinate tailored support to help every child thrive.
About the Role:
This is an exciting new role, offering a rare opportunity to design, shape, and lead a high-impact intervention and support centre for students who:
1. Are new to the country or school and need a supportive space to transition.
2. Require a smaller, structured setting before reintegrating into mainstream education.
3. Face social, emotional, or executive functioning barriers that impact their ability to learn.
As Multidisciplinary Support & Intervention Manager, you will:
1. Lead a small team and coordinate multidisciplinary support, working with teachers, pastoral staff, SEN teams, and external professionals.
2. Triage children’s needs, ensuring the right interventions are in place at the right time.
3. Track impact and progression, ensuring children make meaningful, sustainable progress.
4. Deliver structured interventions, helping children develop confidence, resilience, and self-regulation.
5. Be part of an ambitious, forward-thinking school committed to innovation and excellence in inclusive education.
We’re Looking for a Dynamic Leader with:
1. Experience working with children or young people facing challenges, such as those with social, emotional, or mental health needs (SEMH), special educational needs (SEND), or adjusting to new environments (EAL, care-experienced, or refugee backgrounds).
2. A background in education, health, social care, youth work, or policing, with the ability to understand and support vulnerable young people and manage risk effectively.
3. A strong understanding of therapeutic, restorative, and trauma-informed practice.
4. The ability to triage needs, coordinate support, and track impact.
5. Excellent communication skills, building relationships with students, families, and professionals.
6. A passion for inclusion and the belief that every child can thrive with the right support.
Why Join Us?
1. Shape a brand-new initiative—make a lasting impact on children who need it most.
2. Work in an ambitious, inclusive, and forward-thinking school.
3. Be part of a team that believes in innovation, collaboration, and doing things differently.
4. Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.
This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to change lives and play a vital role in a school that is setting new standards for inclusive mainstream education.
Ready to be part of something exceptional? Apply now and help us build a brighter, more inclusive future for all children.
