Job Title: English and Maths KS3 Intervention Tutor Location: East of England, Essex, Maldon Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: As an English and Maths KS3 Intervention Tutor, your main responsibilities will include: Providing tailored support and guidance to KS3 students in English and Maths subjects Developing individualised learning plans to address students' areas of improvement Delivering engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' understanding and skills Monitoring and assessing students' progress regularly to adjust teaching strategies as needed Collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure a comprehensive approach to student development Required Qualifications: A relevant degree in Education or a related field Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Demonstrated experience in tutoring or teaching English and Maths at KS3 level Strong knowledge of the KS3 curriculum and assessment requirements Education: A degree in Education or a related field Experience: Prior experience in tutoring or teaching English and Maths at KS3 level Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Strong organisational and time-management abilities Passion for education and helping students succeed Working Conditions: This position is part-time and temporary, with flexible working hours. The role may require travel to different learners homes within the East of England, Essex, Maldon area. The work environment will involve interacting with students and parents to support students' academic development.
