Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant with 1-1 SEN experience? Flourish Education is recruiting for a Special Educational Needs HLTA, working in a SEN hub for a Wolverhampton school. Ideal candidates would need to have previous experience working with SEN children, and confidently be able to lead 1-1 sessions outside of the general classroom. The SEN hub holds 10 children but currently has 8 attending, with needs predominately Autism and ADD. This is a full-time role, working monday to friday with children ranging across both KS1 and KS2. The school are looking for individuals who are commited and have experience managing challenging behaviours.
