Personal Assistant to Director

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Director's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the director's office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Director's calendar and scheduling appointments
* Arrange travel and accommodations
* Prioritize emails, correspondence, and phone calls
* Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
* Coordinate meetings and take minutes when required
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
* Provide general administrative support to the Director and the executive team
Requirements:
* Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information
* Degree or equivalent qualification preferred
Benefits:
