The role: With a full copy of the Job Spec available on request, you will: Have responsibility for developing and executing a marketing strategy with the focus on business growth. Lead, manage and mentor the Marketing team, setting clear and achievable goals and objectives. Oversight and management of all advertising campaigns, website, literature, product branding, liaising with the Sales Team to keep abreast of the marketplace. Organise trade shows and events, report and manage marketing budgets, along with reporting to company directors on all marketing activities. The person: Degree in Marketing or similar field. 5 years minimum experience as a Marketing Manager with excellent communication skills; verbal and written. Able to motivate and manage a team, present at board level and a flair for creativity and strong attention to detail with experience in editing, copywriting and proofreading. Demonstrable and in-depth knowledge of social and digital marketing Fully proficient in MS Office suite and Adobe Creative suite. Full valid driving licence and car for travel purposes.
