A keen eye for detail, great customer focus and a flair for numbers. That s what we re looking for in our new Student Finance Assistant during a 6-month summer contract. This is a great opportunity if you have some existing or basic experience within a finance department and are looking to grow your finance experience. It s a full-time contract position from March to August. The role is office-based, set within our English Language school, just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Canterbury. What s the role? Stafford House Study Holidays welcome large groups of international students each summer to stay, learn and have fun at our 7 centres across the UK. Based in the Finance Department in Canterbury, you ll produce and log invoices for our students, liaising with our reservations team to raise and manage invoicing and reconciliations. You'll work with our summer school teams to ensure each of our centre's petty cash and credit card transactions are kept up to date and reconciled each week and hold weekly check ins with our Centre Directors.
