As part of the continual growth of our highly successful Legal Division, we’re looking to hire an additional team member to join our established Legal Recruitment Team based from our thriving Belper office.
Joining as a Legal Resourcer or Senior Resourcer, you'll be working closely with our existing Team, headed up by the Managing Director in driving the continued growth and success of our Legal offering throughout the East and West Midlands. We have an extensive list of loyal repeat clients who are ready and waiting to be serviced at a Legal Support level. Our Legal Division has already seen exemplary success and consistency and are passionate about achieving the long-term goals and celebrating our successes along the way.
Minimum Requirements for Recruitment Resourcer Job:
1. Previous experience in the recruitment industry as a Resourcer or Consultant
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. A consultative approach to working with Candidates
5. Positive attitude towards personal development and continuous learning
Responsible for attracting quality Legal Support candidates to generate and replenish candidate talent pools via a number of job boards and social media campaigns; your role as Resourcer will be to acquire talent, screen and interview candidates over the phone and conduct face-to-face interviews to ensure that applicants match completely to our client’s culture, job descriptions and person profiles. The Recruitment Resourcer is responsible for managing and engaging with the talent pool on a regular basis and ensuring candidates are consistently available to meet the anticipated demand from our clients.
Your job as a Recruitment Resourcer will also involve the following areas:
1. Building, replenishing, managing and regularly engaging with the talent pool
2. Building an understanding of different types of roles within a wide range of Legal Support roles across multiple legal disciplines to be able to identify and attract suitable talent
3. Sourcing candidates for active job vacancies using in-house systems, job advertising, CV Databases and various forms of Social Media
4. Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand Clients’ culture & person fit alongside skills when actively sourcing for a live role
5. Utilising and updating IT Systems including CRM and ATS
6. Working to pre-defined KPIs on a weekly basis

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary is £24,000 - £26,000 per annum + Commission + Bonus, dependant on experience
