Morrison Water Services is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to work on our Yorkshire Water P4Y Contract.
As Customer Service Coordinator, you will form part of the team that delivers the P4Y Capital projects for the Yorkshire Water contract which delivers world-class health, safety, environment and a well-being culture, as well as providing leading customer service and satisfaction while delivering exceptional value for money.
As Customer Service Coordinator your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Encourage a customer focus culture at all levels within Capital projects
- Attend pre-start meetings to ensure all customer needs are identified
- Support and coordinate between site managers, operational teams and customers
- Identify and visit any vulnerable/priority services/business customers affected by our work to establish their individual needs with regards to interruptions to supply (temporary supplies/OOH interruptions) access etc
- Liaise with other 3rd party stakeholders to ensure they are informed of our work
- Ensure compliance with YW procedures to support the delivery of excellent customer performance
- Assist site managers in increasing efficiencies and help to identify areas of improvement and then assist in the improvement there of
- Assist with continuous improvement process
- Contact/visit customers who contact Yorkshire Water with enquiries related to our works and update YW Capital Experience Team with the outcome
- Carry out Customer Service site audits
- Ensure any service failure that could result in a written complaint being received is escalated to MWS Customer Service Manager
- Ensure our WOW Recognition programme is encouraged and any positive feedback from customers is captured and recorded
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
- Customer service training qualification (desired but not essential)
- Experience within a customer service environment
- Naturally collaborative
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly organised
- Driving License
- Good computer skills
