As an Appointment Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all BPAS clients. You will primarily make appointments and answer client-related queries in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring you always provide an efficient client-centred service.
Based in our Booking & Information Centre (BIC) in Leamington Spa, you will work with a friendly group of people in a modern well-equipped office. The BIC deals with over 6000 contacts weekly via phone and email, and the team offers first-class client care.

You will work 29 hours per week, with shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

About Us
British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS) is the UK's largest independent women's reproductive healthcare charity. We work mainly on behalf of the NHS across the country providing abortion, contraception, STI testing, and treatment.

Job Responsibilities
Salary: £24,406 to £28,609 per annum depending on experience (£13.04 to £15.28 per hour)
Hours: 29 hours per week over 5 days. Hours will be confirmed 2 weeks in advance.
* Monday 14:00 - 19:00
* Tuesday 14:00 - 19:00
* Thursday 14:00 - 19:00
* Friday 12:00 - 19:00
* Saturday 08:00 - 16:00
Shifts longer than 6 hours will include a 30-minute unpaid break.
*Please note: Successful candidates will be required to complete 2 weeks of mandatory training from Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 4:30. Dates will be confirmed at interview.

Qualifications
* English and Maths qualification either GCSE A to C or Functional Skills Level 2 or GCSE 4* or NVQ Level 2
Experience
* Previous experience of telephone work
* IT literate
* Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
* Able to problem-solve effectively in order to find solutions for clients
* Previous customer care call centre environment experience
* Geography of the UK
