We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic organisation in Liverpool/Bootle who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their busy and fast paced team on permanent basis. Training will be provided. Duties and requirements Supporting Supporting several transactions teams with day to day administration. Supporting Credit Control, Billing, and Accounts Payable departments. Resolve outstanding issues with invoices Setting up clients on system Support bank reconciliation queries Supplier statement reconciliations Provide excellent customer service Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure invoices and discrepancies are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner Other ad-hoc tasks as requiredThe ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in an administrative role preferable Someone keen to develop into finance Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word Confident communicator in using the telephone and in writing letters and emailsWhat's on offer? Salary 28k Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
