2nd Line Support Technician Norwich Are you someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment in a customer facing role? Resolving a variety of 1st/2nd Line level tickets, and contributing toward exciting projects? We are seeking an experienced 2nd Line Technician to resolve 1st and, resolving issues remotely and at client sites when required. This will also include planning and delivering a range of projects. Requirements: Experience in a 1st or 2nd Line level IT Support related role (Minimum 2 years working in IT). Previous experience working in Service Desk environment. Comfortable providing remote IT support. Understanding of Networking fundamentals Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive.
