Role: Scheduling Coordinator and Administrator

Salary: £12.78 per hour = £24,500
My client is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator and Administrator to join their team based near Hitchinbrooke Hospital for a 12-week period. Please note it is highly likely that you will be offered a permanent position once you have completed the 12-week contract. This role has scope for hybrid working once you are up to speed with the processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with internal contacts and external stakeholders
2. Booking workflow into samplers' diaries
3. Making adjustments as required for extenuating circumstances
4. Diary management
5. Administration via internal database of workflows and scheduled events
The role is based on working Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week, which would be between 8 am - 5 pm.
Suitable candidates will be available to start ASAP and have some scheduling or coordination, diary management, or administration experience. Candidates who come from an office background or have transferable skills but no prior scheduling experience would be suitable, as training is available.
On offer is a salary of £24,500 based on working 37 hours per week.
