Our Client, a AA rosette hotel and events venue, is looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join their expanding brigade. Set along the Suffolk Coast, this venue provides spectacular views and remains busy year-round, catering for tourists and locals alike.
Using only the finest locally sourced ingredients, this venue serves outstanding British cuisine in their modern restaurant and relaxing bar and terrace. With multiple food outlets on site, they cater for all, with a classic bar menu, an afternoon tea overlooking the grounds, and a brasserie for evening meals.
The successful Commis Chef will be passionate about seasonal produce, ambitious, dynamic, and a real foodie.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Head Chef and his team in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
2. Manage stock control.
3. Support in menu planning.
4. Ensure health and safety standards are met.
Looking for a Commis Chef who:
