This role involves frequent international travel,
Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday 37 hours

If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join our leading, well respected water technologies company, where you will play a pivotal role within the ELGA LabWater’s sales team.
Your mission;
* Drive regional sales growth while providing ELGA HQ with valuable market insights and product feedback.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans for each business unit to consistently exceed targets.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, focusing on key accounts to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to set ambitious growth targets and implement high-impact strategies.
How will you do this?
* Engage and influence clients at all levels, building strong, long-term relationships.
* Craft compelling business proposals, sales plans, and contracts in collaboration with ELGA teams.
* Lead regular customer meetings to strengthen partnerships and drive long-term success.
* Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends and identifying new growth opportunities.
What you will bring:
* Understanding of laboratory workflows and key instrumentation drivers
* Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce would be an advantage)
* Knowledge of finance metrics, typically bookings, revenue & margins
* Experience in sales forecasting and budget management
* Strong balance of sales hunting and account management skills
* Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
* Experience managing third-party channels and global accounts
Soft Skills & Leadership:
* Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
* Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Expertise in strategic sales planning and business development
* Experience working in international markets
* Strong communication skills to drive collaboration across regional and national teams
* Ability to secure and manage high-value international deals
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
* extensive sales experience in the scientific/lab equipment industry
* Strong technical knowledge of pure water principles and the ELGA product range.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
* Business-conscious and commercially astute.
* Fluent in English, with additional European languages being a plus.
When not travelling, you will be based at our ELGA headquarters in Lane End, High Wycombe.
