The role will be responsible for overall performance and management of B2B & B2C first party gift card programmes on our Cashstar platform. Clients that we represent include Tesco, Morrisons, Iceland, Boots, Superdry and Caffe Nero. Responsibilities: Analysis of market trends in b2b and b2c gift card environments to make recommendations to clients for further growth Conducting monthly and quarterly reviews with clients to make recommendations and implement action plans To support our marketing efforts with marketing strategy - including trade marketing & direct marketing. Working closely with our marketing resource to plan with things like HR / Marketing publications, agreeing budgets with clients and proposing plans then implementing. Supporting with our inside sales strategy - items such as outbound call campaigns, using analysis to target businesses- working closely with inside sales team lead to have defined campaigns throughout the year. Working closely with our agency liaison to come up with promo strategies for clients throughout the year for our key reseller partners Work towards individual and team sales targets and react to trends effectively. Support wider support teams such as Account Support, Technical teams & Finance Set and achieve individual objectives and review performance. Support with investigations of any errors on the platform To work closely with all teams linked to CashStar to share information and resolve queries Proactively review and work within company policies, standard operating procedures, and company and legislative updates to ensure you are working in line with best practice and business risk is minimised Always display positive examples of the company Beliefs. Qualifications: Confident use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and Online Search Engines Be able to communicate confidently with customers and internal stakeholders Ideally demonstrated some sales experience with a record of hitting targets set Work well as part of a team Excellent Telephone and Email communication Prominent level of attention to detail and strong written communication. Ability to problem solve and work calmly under pressure.
