Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join the Busseys Group at our Ford Store in Norwich.
This position offers the opportunity for an exciting career working alongside a motivated and expanded sales team which is focused on delivering a fantastic customer experience.
As a key member of the management team, you will be fully involved in all aspects of our busy Ford Store covering all Ford Transit Centre products both new and used.
We are at an incredibly exciting time with the new Ford product range which now encompasses the global electrification strategy with fantastic new products such as the e Custom and PHEV Ranger to name but a couple!
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and motivating the Sales Team.
2. Driving vehicle volumes, profitability, F&I sales and accessories.
3. Managing the sales process & maximising all sales opportunities.
4. Responsibility for the display and site appearance at the Transit Centre.
You will ideally have previous management experience working in a dealership vehicle sales environment (however strong candidates with transferable skills will also be considered). Full support and training will be provided ensuring the successful applicant achieves our objectives. You will also be able to demonstrate an organized, strategic and motivational approach.
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package commensurate with this important position. It will include an excellent basic salary and bonus scheme with OTE of £55k pa for the right candidate and with your ability to produce budget busting performance earnings exceeding this level. Plus of course company car, fuel and pension.
