Job summary Are you a dietitian who is passionate about service design and development and would like to work within a compassionate, dynamic, welcoming MDT? We are looking to expand our Long covid and Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) service. This will be our first dietitian role. The Long Covid and CFS team aims to provide a first-class community rehabilitation service to adults in Coventry & Rugby. The post holder will be working in an expanding service with many opportunities for individual and service development. Please be advised sponsorship is not eligible for this post. Main duties of the job As our Dietitian, you will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the Long covid & CFS service including sharing your knowledge with other professions of the MDT. Providing 1:1 treatment where appropriate, the post holder will be involved in and facilitate discussion through group work and be able to problem solve while set meaningful goals with these patients. As part of the Rehabilitation team you will work in a collocated MDT, alongside the Long Covid clinical lead, Occupational therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist, Assistant psychologist, CBT therapist. We regularly meet with our General medical consultant based at UHCW.
