About the Role: The Commercial Gas Engineer will be working across our portfolio on NHS sites, completing gas servicing (PPMs), breakdown call outs and minor repair works to commercial plant rooms. You will be supported by Our Gas QS lead, who is located within the Kent branch. You will be joining a supportive team of engineers and have full support from regional Facilities Managers to complete your role. There will also be a requirement to liaise with NHS Estate Managers when required. To carry out gas servicing and repairs and breakdowns to the operational performance of the contracts under management. To carry out PPM works as instructed and to a planned schedule and to support and conduct minor project works. Role Criteria: Domestic and Commercial Gas ACS Construction site safety CCN1 – Domestic Nat Gas Safety COCN1 / CIGA1/ ICPN1/TPCP1/TPC1A.
