This is a great opportunity for anyone with great administration skills that wishes to start or build of their experience in a busy central volunteering team. This is an incredible varied role on a given day you might be supporting the team with project work, managing our volunteers, compiling data or updating our volunteering systems.
As Volunteering and Participation Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for all volunteering and participation support enquiries, you'll help us to provide an excellent level of support to our colleagues across the organisation and work with the team to make sure we maintain records and produce reports that show the impact volunteering has.
To be considered as a Volunteering and Participation Assistant, you'll need:
- To be confident in using Microsoft applications particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience of compiling reports or working with data
- Experience of giving advice to customers in a friendly, solution-oriented manner
- Have worked with volunteers or been a volunteer
