Job Opportunity: MTO Despatch Co-ordinator Coats Recruitment is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented MTO despatch Co-ordinator to join a thriving team in Lichfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on an account manager-level role, where you'll play a critical part in ensuring that Made to Order products are seamlessly produced and delivered. Key Responsibilities: Order Management: Approve, track, and manage orders from suppliers to intake, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Supplier Coordination: Regularly liaise with suppliers to obtain production schedules, address any issues, and manage escalations. Quality Control: Handle any quality issues that arise, ensuring prompt resolution and communication. Reporting: Compile regular performance reports on suppliers and conduct audits to maintain high standards. Support & Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for various teams, ensuring clear and effective communication. Person Specification: Logistics experience Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organised with a keen attention to detail. Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented approach. Experience in supplier management and account management is essential. Qualifications: Strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Strong literacy and numeracy, with GCSEs in Maths and English. Demonstrated interest in the UK furniture and homeware markets.
