The Role
We're looking for an experienced
Assistant Manager to join our team and help us take things to the next level.
You must have a genuine love for live music and bar service, and take a
proactive hands-on approach to driving your business forward. All our senior
team are involved in management, whether you’re closing shop at the end of the
night, running full shifts by yourself, or training up bartenders. You’ll be
well educated on health & safety, bar stock management and WSET.

About Us
Water Lane Boathouse is canal-side pub serving seasonal fare in a relaxed environment with a waterfront garden sitting by Lock Number One at Leeds’ Canal Wharf. Food is available from noon seven days a week with a seasonally changing menu, the kitchen specializes in freshly made sourdough pizzas, a range of hot and cold sandwiches and a selection of healthy salad bowls, with special food offers on throughout the week. There's plenty of seating across two floors, including a large canal-side outdoor area.
