Computer Science Teacher
* Location: Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham
* Salary: £120 - £180 per day
* Contract: Full Time/ Part Time
* Start: ASAP/September 2024
About the Role:
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Computer Science Teacher looking to inspire young mind? As a Computer Science Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of tech-savvy innovators. GSL Education is in search of a Physical Education to fill a post at one of our client schools in Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham.
Role of a Computer Science Teacher:
* Designing and delivering engaging lessons that cover a range of computer science concepts, from programming languages to algorithms and data structures.
* Providing hands-on guidance and support to students as they explore various aspects of computer science through practical projects and activities.
* Fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment where all students feel empowered to participate and excel.
* Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.
* Keeping abreast of emerging trends and developments in the field of computer science and integrating them into the curriculum as appropriate.
The successful candidate will:
* A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
* A passion for computer science education and a commitment to continuous professional development.
