Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the children's residential setting.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards.
Develop and implement individual care plans for all children in the home.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Foster strong relationships with external agencies, families, and stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff and the care provided to the children.
Promote a culture of safeguarding and protection for all children in the setting.
Requirements
Relevant qualifications in social care or management (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare).
Extensive experience in children's residential care settings.
Strong knowledge of legislation and best practices in child welfare and safeguarding.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to create and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.

Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £26.88
Location: Biggleswade, Bedfordshire
