Now you have the chance to work for a stable LAC team based in the Greater Manchester area. This will provide you with moderate cases that will not consume your evenings and personal life outside of social work.
The team has implemented hybrid working days of 1 or 2 days working from home, allowing you to focus on your cases and produce the best quality of work for the children and families you work with. This also provides you with a better work-life balance.
Managers respect your professional opinion and want to implement any innovative ideas you can propose. They allow you to manage your diary and do not restrict you when carrying your cases.
If you have no LAC experience, it isn’t an issue as they will consider social workers with solid experience in Court and Child Protection.
As this is a statutory role, a Social Work qualification and registration to Social Work England (SWE) are required.
