With a focus on developing and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with their clients, demonstrating honesty, integrity, and excellence, to ensure that both private and business clients gain financial peace of mind.
You will be a professional ambitious Adviser with a track record of building successful and long-term relationships with your clients, covering the full spectrum of advice, including holistic financial planning, wealth creation, optimisation and protection, tax mitigation strategies for private clients and tax efficient cash extraction strategies for corporate clients.
An excellent opportunity, with the potential to purchase equity in future. The role will suit sole practitioner/IFA who needs paraplanning & admin facilities. IAF/OAF splits negotiable, existing clients 100% ringfenced.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide financial planning to prospective and existing clients, meeting their financial goals and objectives.
2. Undertake regular professional development to ensure each client receives up-to-date and appropriate advice.
3. Act in a compliant manner and deliver an outstanding level of customer service while ensuring you adhere to the FCA rules and regulations.
4. Professionally service the needs of existing clients while creating new opportunities via networking and referrals.
5. Undertake frequent client meetings with existing and prospective clients while always providing a consistent service to all levels of client.
6. Meet planned business targets. In line with business standards, ensure all client data, business transactions and information are recorded in a timely manner.
About you
1. Experienced Level 4 Diploma qualified, with client bank.
2. CAS held in last 2 years.
3. 2 years minimum face to face holistic financial advice.
4. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
5. Excellent knowledge of all areas of financial planning (including investments, pensions, protection, retirement options, and tax planning).
6. Be prepared to undergo further study/training where appropriate.
7. Hard working, enthusiastic, confident, and articulate.
8. Committed to delivering an excellent service.
