We are seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead our catering and operations team at Chepstow Racecourse, with regular travel to Ffos Las racecourse. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a systematic approach to problems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain consistent operational standards across F&B operations, developing operational service and food standards across the site.
* Lead the event management team in planning and efficient delivery of all hospitality provision on site.
* Liaise with relevant departments to ensure high quality of service and customer satisfaction.
* Develop and oversee variable labour costing for hospitality provision, maintaining budgeted restrictions.
* Source all cutlery, crockery and light equipment inventory, maintaining PAR levels agreed with the Catering Operations Manager.
