Job Overview
East Kilbride Company is looking to fill their reception/administration support role in their East Kilbride office. This role is for someone with a polite and confident phone manner and excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. You will need the ability to work with clients, consultants, and employees in a role of service and support the administration and wider legal team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
As a Counter Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
* Handling all incoming phone calls and transferring them to the relevant department
* Managing and processing client paperwork and forwarding it to the relevant department
* Sending follow-up emails and letters to clients on behalf of consultants and case managers
* Managing referrals to our financial services and estate agency team
* Providing ad-hoc support to our legal team
* Ensuring the office is stocked with appropriate stationary and sales material
Employer Expectations Skills/Knowledge/Experience
* Competent with operation of all Microsoft Office systems — including Excel, Word, and database
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Willingness to undertake additional tasks and training as required
* Experience in dealing with members of the public
Qualifications/Tickets/Licences Required
* Previous experience in a similar office role (2 years)
* Previous experience in the legal or financial service industry or estate agency related environment
