Import/Export Documentation Clerk (Fixed-Term Contract)
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and experienced in import/export operations? Join our team as an Import/Export Documentation Clerk on a fixed-term contract for 18 months.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing and managing Bills of Lading and customs documentation.
2. Ensuring compliance with customer requirements and shipping regulations.
3. Coordinating weekly shipping schedules and maintaining documentation accuracy.
4. Delivering excellent customer service by answering queries and resolving issues efficiently.
5. Collaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth import/export processes.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in an import/export or administrative role.
2. Strong common sense and problem-solving abilities.
3. Friendly demeanor and exceptional attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and handling administrative tasks.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Monday – Friday 9-5.30 pm
Salary £26,000 - £28,000 DOE
Fixed-term contract for 18 months.
