Type of contract: Permanent Hybrid model: 2 days per week in the office The team We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our award-winning Legal team as part of Kombi’s continued growth. You will be joining a team of nearly 30 people split across London and Stockholm, helping to provide support to the Kambi business globally. As an Administrative Assistant, your day-to-day will look like: Coordinating translation, signature, notarisation, translation and apostille of documents. Owning the processing of licensing/compliance/insurance related invoices and payments. Managing and updating data input in software systems with licensing related information and obligations. Organising our online and physical filings. Reviewing, organizing, updating and managing internal resources (including sensitive documents) related to Kambi’s licence portfolio. Helping the Licensing team with any admirative tasks relevant to licence applications, diligence requests or corporate work. You’ll be a great fit for the role if you have: 0–1-year professional experience Organised, proactive and with an excellent eye for detail Ability to work self-sufficiently and to tight deadlines on assigned tasks Strong communication skills An eagerness to learn and a team mentality Basic proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint Let’s talk about what’s in it for you?
