Job Description
* Develop and maintain robust relationships with key FMCG accounts.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive growth.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Provide insightful customer feedback to the product development team.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the FMCG industry.
* Prepare detailed account plans and sales forecasts.
* Conduct regular business reviews and presentations with key customers.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Key Account Manager should have:
* Demonstrable experience of working with either Wholesale or Retail customers in the FMCG industry
* Experience with branded or private label products, ideally experience of successful NPD Launches.
* Strong analytical abilities and a strategic mindset.
* A customer-focused approach with excellent communication & presentation skills.
