Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 5pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Romans are looking for Estate Management/Refurbishment team support to join us on a permanent basis.

Core Duties of the role
* Support the Senior Estates Manager & Refurbishment Manager
* Processing invoices
* Raising works orders
* Chasing outstanding works orders
* Dealing with utility companies,
* Arrange audit visits for tenanted properties
* Sending out communications to residents in the blocks
* Maintaining and creating spreadsheets in excel and smartsheet where necessary
* Liasing/chasing contractors for start/finish dates
* General chasing to ensure compliance in place
Qualifications:
* This role requires a self-motivated and organised individual who can use initiative to solve problems.
* Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication both verbal and written.
* IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience of general administration would be a significant benefit to the role.
* Must have ability to work from both home and Head Office in Reading
