Events & Partnerships Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Amazing opportunity for an Events & Partnerships Manager to join an award winning property business.
This role is pivotal in creating and executing a diverse range of events to support both acquisition and retention, while enhancing the overall experience for their growing community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute a variety of events, from everyday events to exclusive, high-end experiences. These events will help drive resident engagement, foster community, and support retention goals.
* Organise select B2B corporate events to nurture relationships with partners.
* Lead the creative ideation, planning, and execution of events, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align event concepts, gather feedback, and ensure smooth execution.
* Monitor event attendance, satisfaction, and ticket allocations. Ensure each event stays within budget and meets KPIs.
* Support the creation of content for social media platforms, capturing key moments from events.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in Events within a B2C brand, with a demonstrated ability to plan and execute both large-scale and intimate events.
* Strong creative thinker who can develop tailored event concepts.
* Strong interpersonal skills with experience working across multiple teams and managing external event suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
