Gap Personnel (operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for a permanent New Business Sales Account Manager for our client in Telford.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly welcoming team for someone who has drive and enthusiasm to succeed in sales and account management.
Hours of Work:
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm
Friday 9am - 3pm
Pay:
£24,000 to £26,000 per annum
Plus commission and annual bonus
Description and Key Responsibilities:
1. Helping to establish new customers and generating new sales opportunities
2. Prospecting and identifying new customers
3. Maintaining excellent customer relationships
4. Managing customer accounts for long-term success
5. Communicating important feedback from customers internally
6. Processing bookings via email or phone
Qualifications and Skills Required:
1. Experience in a sales environment and proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager
2. Excellent communication and customer care skills
3. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
4. Preferable experience in IT products and computer hardware
