Role Overview: As an ERP Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's ERP system. You will work closely with engineers, finance teams, and project staff to troubleshoot, resolve faults, and streamline processes related to the ERP system. This role provides excellent opportunities to grow your technical expertise, with ongoing training and development to enhance your skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct support to colleagues across multiple departments, including engineering, finance, and operations. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues efficiently to minimise downtime. Assist in configuring, customising, and maintaining the ERP system to meet evolving business needs. Create and maintain documentation for processes, solutions, and best practices. Collaborate with external ERP vendors or partners when required to resolve more complex issues. Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within ERP processes and workflows. About You: To excel in this role, you'll need: Experience working with ERP systems in a support or administrative capacity. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical challenges. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
