The Construction Project Manager Role
The chosen Project Manager will become a key part of a comprehensive construction and property consultancy. This role involves working within a team of 15 specialists dedicated to Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Building Surveying.
The role promises a dynamic work environment, engaging in projects spanning the Automotive, Industrial, Commercial Office, Retail, Restaurant, and Hotel sectors.
This team is not just any team; it's a tightly-knit group of Chartered professionals who take pride in fostering a supportive atmosphere. As a vital addition to the team, you will act as a pivotal support figure and the go-to deputy for the existing Senior Project Manager and Directors. The workload will initially consist of 60% Hotel and 40% Commercial to cover the immediate pipeline of work, the role will then open up to include Automotive refurbishments and new builds, Restaurant, Retail and many more exciting sectors.
