An exciting opportunity has arisen within Forth Valley Royal Hospital for a full-time Senior Respiratory Physiologist. This hospital is situated in Larbert between the city and town of Stirling and Falkirk respectively, and replaces previous two District General Hospitals which had been in existence.
The Respiratory physiology service provides a full range of lung function tests and assessments for acute medicine, outpatient services, ageing & health and rehabilitation services and NHS Forth Valley direct access service. The post holder may be required to work at Forth Valley Royal Hospital and Stirling Health & Care Village.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in Respiratory Physiology at Band 5 level.
2. BSc Hons Clinical Physiology (Respiratory) or equivalent formal specialist training and appropriate post qualification experience.
3. Ideally hold the ARTP Part 1 and 2 and current professional registration (e.g. AHCS).
The post holder should be self-motivated, innovative and capable of managing own workload in an efficient and flexible manner. They should be able to demonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development.
