Position Overview - (Part time, 3 days per week)
The Liberty Fabric Interiors Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional sales support and ensuring a seamless customer service experience within the Liberty Fabric Interiors wholesale division. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can effectively manage orders, stock, and sales team support on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
* Oversee the daily management of orders and stock, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
* Provide comprehensive support to the sales team across global markets.
* Develop an in-depth understanding of Liberty products, continuously expanding expertise as new collections are introduced.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of departmental processes and company policies.
* Process orders and returns accurately and in a timely manner through the ERP system (Infor M3).
* Coordinate stock allocation and shipments in accordance with customer specifications.
* Communicate order status updates, proactively addressing any issues or delays.
* Liaise effectively with warehouse and production teams to facilitate smooth operations.
* Actively participate in key sales meetings as required.
Customer Service
* Deliver clear, professional, and timely responses to customer inquiries.
* Provide accurate and insightful product and order information.
* Strive for first-contact resolution to enhance the customer experience.
* Ensure efficient and precise execution of customer-related processes.
* Build strong cross-functional relationships to support seamless service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 1 years professional experience.
* Minimum of one year in a customer-facing role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Familiarity with ERP systems
* Experience in wholesale textiles is advantageous.
* Technical knowledge of fabric and textiles is a plus.
