HRIS System Analyst

North Wales - 4 days remote working and 1 day a week in the office
Our client is currently looking for an HRIS System Analyst with a strong background in HR and a specialization in compensation. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining HRIS solutions to streamline compensation programs and support the reward team and other key stakeholders. You will also work with cross-functional teams to enhance data accuracy and optimize HR systems and processes.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Configure and maintain the HRIS to support compensation processes, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
2. Gather business requirements and provide functional specifications to implementation partners.
3. Conduct quality assurance testing to validate system developments before Total Reward team approval.
4. Project management and oversee the system implementation.
5. Monitor data integrity and conduct regular audits to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
6. Analyse reports to identify trends, create dashboards for stakeholders to help with strategic decisions while ensuring data privacy and security policies are followed.
7. Work with the wider team to ensure systems align with the business objectives, train HR staff on the compensation modules, and provide user-friendly support.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
1. Previous experience working as an HRIS System Analyst with a focus on compensation implementation.
2. Strong understanding of compensation processes, including annual salary reviews, merit increases, and bonus processing.
3. Understanding of Core HR data structure and management.
4. Proficiency in HRIS platforms, ideally Oracle HCM or any major HRIS like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Beqom, etc.
5. Advanced Excel and Power BI skills and experience with data visualization tools.
6. Excellent project management and project delivery experience.
7. Excellent stakeholder management skills, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
