Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position): $103,331 - $139,803
Portfolio management, analytical thinking and advanced facilitation expertise needed.
Join us as mentor and subject matter expert in portfolio management working within the most complex and integrated business environments. You’ll provide performance insights from data, sharing your big-picture analyses from both internal and external perspectives.
What you’ll do:
1. Provide business intelligence analysis to senior leaders, synthesizing complex data from multiple business units.
2. Leverage FCC’s financial, performance and capacity data to create insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
3. Lead the analysis of FCC’s strategic portfolio and provide insights on risk, financial and capital management, economics, FCC Vision and more.
4. Lead technical training and provide expertise to team members and other internal partners.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to update existing analysis, identify and refine requirements for data, and report data and insights in an understandable format.

What you’ll need:
1. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, engineering or technology and at least six years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
2. Expertise in portfolio management and business case development.
3. An advanced knowledge of organizational change methodology and strategic planning processes, including developing measures and targets.
4. A certificate in change management or project delivery is an asset.
