Responsibilities: Provide a professional and friendly service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and face-to-face. Assist with enquiries ensuring responses are clear and concise - good verbal and written communication Assist with the implementation of new services and processes into the team Handle administrative tasks, document scanning, and appointment bookings. Alongside the team, work towards performance targets and quality assurance standards. Requirements: Strong communication and listening skills Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude Excellent administration experience Confident using Word, Excel & IT systems Reception, customer service and administration experience This role is 3-6 months to start end of February.
