We're currently seeking an experienced and passionate HR Advisor to be the initial point of contact for HR support and contribute to our people-centered initiatives.
The Role:
As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing essential HR support across our UK teams. You will be the go-to person for line managers and employees, offering guidance on a wide range of HR matters, from recruitment and employee relations to HR administration. Your ability to maintain accurate records and streamline processes will ensure our HR operations run smoothly. You'll also collaborate closely with the Head of HR to develop and implement initiatives that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* HR Administration: Manage employee records, administer new starter and leaver processes, issue employment contracts, and update internal systems (SharePoint, Citation Lifeworks).
* Recruitment & Selection: Support hiring managers in job description creation, coach them through recruitment processes, and manage relationships with recruitment partners.
* HR Delivery: Provide advice on employee relations, manage disciplinary and grievance procedures, and ensure compliance with employment law.
* Payroll Support: Assist the Finance team with payroll submissions and review absence records.
Who We’re Looking For:
You’ll be an experienced HR generalist confident working independently while collaborating with others across different levels of the business. If you enjoy being part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this role is for you!
Key Requirements:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or above
* 2-3 years’ experience in a similar HR role
* Proficiency in HR systems, with experience in Dayforce being desirable
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Project management experience is a bonus
