As a partner academy in JTMAT, Fradley Park Primary and Nursery School are seeking to appoint an experienced class teacher who understands ‘what happens early, matters for a lifetime’ to teach in year 3. Fradley Park Primary and Nursery School are looking for a highly effective teacher who can work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to shape and refine an exceptional KS2 curriculum.
The successful candidate will:
1. Be an exemplary role model for high quality teaching and work closely with the Assistant Headteacher, to coach and support others.
2. Have experience of successful leadership and management of the KS2 curriculum to achieve excellent standards of attainment and achievement.
3. Provide a challenging, yet supportive learning environment which stimulates, maintains, and develops lively enquiring minds.
4. Contribute to wider school life to support children to be happy, healthy and in harmony with each other and their world.
5. Be an excellent communicator who works in collaboration with all stakeholders for the benefit of the child.
6. Be passionate and creative in their approach to curriculum development.
