At SERT, were growing our Electrical & Renewables training teamand were looking for skilled professionals to help us upskill the next generation of tradespeople across domestic, commercial, and low-carbon sectors.
Youll deliverface-to-face trainingat our modern centres inWhiteley (PO15)andNursling (SO16), working with a broad mix of learners:
Apprentices
Skilled electricians upskilling via short courses (PV, EESS, EV, etc.)
Bootcamp entrants from other industries
What youll be doing:
Deliver engaging, hands-on electrical training (Level 2 & 3, 18th Edition, Inspection & Testing)
Upskill learners in renewables and new tech (Solar PV, EESS, EV Charging)
Help learners gain meaningful qualifications and confidence in the field
Work closely with a supportive team of trainers, IQAs, and coordinators
No teaching qualification yet? No problem.
Well train and fund your Level 3 Award in Education & Training, Assessor Award, and any CPD needed to cover specific areas like EV or Solar PV.
What were looking for:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
18th Edition and 2391 (or working toward it)
Friendly, patient approach and a real passion for helping others grow
Teaching experience welcomebut not essential
