The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for providing essential support to the Accounting & Finance department within the FMCG industry.
Accounts Assistant * Ownership of Purchase ledger - processing invoices and producing supplier statement reconciliations * Ownership of Sales Ledger - completing invoices, credit notes and statements * Cash allocation and maintaining aged debt reports * Dealing with office enquiries and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers * Assist Finance team with ad-hoc purchase and sales analysis request
Maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
Strong excel skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
